Announcement of Sale or License of the Synfuels Liquid Phase Hydrogenation Technology
May this letter serve as an introduction to Synfuels International and notice of the sale or licensing of the Synfuels Acetylene to Ethylene Liquid Phase Hydrogenation Process.
The Synfuels Hydrogenation Technology is available for immediate review upon execution of our non-disclosure agreement. Full due diligence review will be conducted at our data room from now until April 30, 2006 at the offices of S&B Engineers and Constructors, 7825 Park Place Blvd., Houston, Texas 77087.
Executed secrecy agreements and a letter of intent for due diligence review must be sent by all interested parties, prior to scheduling visits to the data room in Houston using the following information:
